April Happy Hour: SIFF

Seattle International Film Festival

Attending a film festival is not just about getting tickets to screenings, it is a great opportunity to network, meet likeminded compatriots, and mingle with future collaborators to further your career, whether you have a film in a festival or not. This year’s Seattle International Film Festival is sure to please, since the film and guest lineup highlight the fact that this is SIFF’s 40th anniversary. A perfect precursor to the Festival is this month’s FMI Happy Hour, since SIFF’s very own Beth Barrett (Director of Programming) and Dustin Kaspar (Educational Programs Manager) will be presenting, with an introduction by Carl Spence (Artistic Director). The presentation will include the topics of: How to Maximize Your Festival Experience, and NW Connections Films at SIFF.

Please mark your calendars and join others in this great networking event at Spitfire in Belltown at 2219 4th Ave Seattle, WA 98121 on April 30 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The presentation will begin at 6:30 pm in the black box theater in the back of the venue.
