August Happy Hour: Celebrate the Return of ‘Pulling Focus’

pulling focusCome celebrate the return of Pulling Focus and meet the Seattle leadership sponsoring this popular series at this month’s Film + Music + Interactive Happy Hour.  Leaders from Seattle Office of Film + Music, Washington Filmworks, Women In Film, Northwest Film Forum, Seattle International Film Festival, and Seattle Film Institute are coming together to meet and mingle with you in advance of the re-emergence of the Pulling Focus series (beginning October 1 at the Northwest Film Forum).

Pulling Focus is a two-part series in Seattle and Spokane that focuses on the business of film. These panel discussions, moderated by Warren Etheredge of The Warren Report and The High Bar, are designed to speak to a diverse audience, from screenwriters to actors, from directors to producers to musicians. The goal is to elevate the conversation and design a dialogue that will have a little something for everyone and will help give our community a rock-solid education about how to make their passion for film into a career.

We’ll see you on Wednesday, August 27 at Spitfire from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for the Film + Music + Interactive Happy Hour to mingle with our city’s industry leaders.
