The Legal Landscape of Our Real “Virtual” WorldAshleyLong_headshot_cropped_web

Thirty years ago we each had a name. It was our unique identifier. Now, we have a name, email addresses, social media handles, and avatars. As technology redefines the ways in which we interact with our world, develop creative projects, and produce and market our work, what should you know about how the law is changing to keep up?

Join us on Wednesday, February 24 with Ashley Long, attorney in the Emerging Companies group at Carney Badley Spellman, in association with Washington Lawyers for the Arts, as she highlights the changing legal landscape of digital content. She’ll give filmmakers, musicians, and other creative industry professionals, tips on how to use, protect, and commercialize their creative intellectual property in the ever-changing and expanding digital landscape.
